Last week I revised some old posts.  I really enjoyed doing so, and I’m sure I will share more in the future.  However, it was also necessary for me to do so last week.  Time for some brutal honesty.

A few weeks ago, I added a multivitamin to my daily regime.  Added.  On top of the calcium, b vitamins, zinc, and evening primrose I already took.  Yeah… I didn’t remove any of those.  And as a result, I overdosed.  By the end of last week, I had a serious brain fog, I was completely exhausted, and I was having a problem following through with tasks.

I didn’t really know what was going on with me throughout most of the week, but I knew something was very wrong.

By Saturday morning though, I figured it all out, and quit all vitamins for a time.  I will start a new daily regime soon… with a lot of planning, and no overdosing.

I think I’m telling you all of this because I’d like to impress how important it is for you to be aware of your body.  Know what is and isn’t right for you.  If you feel like something is going on, figure it out or talk with someone who can help you.
